NeedaBoard Purchase Agreement

I understand that:

A Needaboard will be created using the company business card or information
I provide and any modifications will be approved by the company before becoming active.

The Needaboard will be applied to 3 keywords of my choosing (ex:  contractor, construction, builder)
per the order form. Additional keywords are available for purchase.

The Needaboard will be posted within 14 days of the date of payment and receipt of business card or literature.

If purchased, a Domain Name will be secured for the company and a basic 3 page website will be created from the content
I provide along with my Needaboard and that 10 email addresses will be provided. 
I understand I must pay a monthly hosting fee for my website to be active.

The Website along with the Needaboard will be posted within 21 days of the date of payment and
 receipt of business card, literature and web page content.  There is no time guarantee on customization of web pages.

*Needa.Biz reserves to right to reject or modify at their sole discretion any material
or content they deem in-appropriate before applying to a Needaboard.  Revisions will be approved by said company before posting.

Once posted and approved there will be an additional charge for updates and/or changes,
